Cav Wine Bar & Kitchen
Though Cav Wine Bar & Kitchen started out as a wine bar, owners Pamela S. Busch and Tadd Cortell have come to embrace the importance of their food menu. The recent addition of Executive Chef John Maher, an alumnus of some of the Bay Area’s finest restaurants including The French Laundry, speaks to that commitment.
The wine list at CAV features over 250 wines from all over the world which will pair well with every food item on the menu. In fact, the food menu has been created to suit the wine program, instead of vice versa.
